COUNTERPRESSURE FILLERS Series Master RS
Master RS is an extremely flexible short tube filler suitable for filling carbonated, still products and juices, with or without pulp, in PET or glass bottles. Each product is handled according to its specific requirements to guarantee excellent quality.

Master RS fillers are built within two main families:

Master RS
Containing a conventional mechanical valve assembly and mechanical cam control for all filling phases.

Master RS-Tronic

Consists of a mechanical valve assembly and an electro-pneumatic servo control for filling phases. It integrates the advantages of robust mechanical components with high-tech OEM precision-oriented electro-pneumatics. As an option to the fully mechanical version, Master RS-Tronic allows memorization of filling settings for each individual product to be filled by the machine. This allows bottlers to easily switch between multiple applications without any cam or manual adjustments around the carousel. Master RS-Tronic is a proven technology that makes the machine very flexible and reliable with low running costs.
