Established in 1975, BC Group has installed more than 1,400 machines, worldwide, in the beverage industry. The product range varies from counter pressure to gravity, low & high vacuum, hot fill, pressure, volumetric fillers equipped with mechanical or computer servo-controlled filling valves, from short vent-tube to tubeless techniques.

With more than 25 years experience in the filling industry, BCI has developed and tested technological innovations designed to improve operations and ease filler cleaning to meet the latest microbiological and hygienic standards. They provide ideal conditions for efficient external sanitation, quick changeover and high return yield on your filling investment.

A few of those innovations include:

Separate air return for bottle:
The air from inside the bottle is vented into a separate ring bowl during filling. This system avoids the spread of contamination to the entire filler.

Automatic insertion of CIP cups:
The cups are automatically inserted, at any time, from the operator panel.

Double pre-evacuation system for PET bottle:
This feature is targeting as a future integration of PET bottles into the brewery industry. BCI wants to guarantee the same oxygen pick-up achieved with glass bottles.

Reduced maintenance costs

High speed filling valves:
run at ambient instead of cold temperatures (heating and cooling efficient)

Neck handling of PET bottles:
The system has totally eliminated the use of in feed pitching screws

Adjustable pocket diameter star wheel:
The same star wheels can accommodate different bottle size without substitution.

Computer controlled mechanical filling valves:
The system allows memorizing each individual filling setting for every product. Each setting is retrievable from the operatorís machine panel and engaged in real time from the filler menu software.
