QUICK TIME PRODUCT FLAVOR CHANGEOVER FOR CSD

The BCI system features a minimal downtime for flavor CSD changeover.
Listed below is a step-by-step example of the changeover process.

QUICK PRODUCT FLAVOR CHANGEOVER

1. As the changeover is engaged, the system interfaces the filler, blender and depalletizer.The Filler is programmed to regularly fill all the bottles coming from the last layer of depalletizer.

2. The counter pressure gas pushes the remained product in the ring bowl by a discharge valve out of the system.

3. The filling valves are totally open and they discharge the minimal product remaining in the lower section of the valve.

4. The whole system is fully drained and CO2 stops the supply.

5. The ring bowl, product manifold and filling valves are all fully rinsed.

6. The ring bowl and filling valves are pressurized for a complete drain.

7. The Filler is now ready for the new product.
