Compact + Speed 45 cpm BCI can filling technology is geared towards the specific requirements of microbreweries and small beverage plant operations. MASTERCAN 9/1 is a compact and unique manufacturing system with 9-valve rotary counter-pressure can filler and a single-head seamer. These two units are linked together on a common solid base.

The filling valves are equipped with a CO2 purging device, which minimizes the oxygen pick-up during filling. The seaming head is equipped with a CO2 blowing system, which removes air from inside the can head space prior to lid application. The counter-pressure valves are capable of filling carbonated beverages at both cold and warm temperatures, and the speed is adjusted based on the CO2 volumes. The filling-seaming block is powered by a single main drive, while the speed is controlled by an Allen-Bradley frequency drive.
