WATER 5-GALLON Rotary Filler & Capper

BCI’s 5-Gallon Rotary Filler is definitely a new interesting machine for the water industry. The filler is suitable for filling water in 5-gallon containers and capable of reaching speeds of 3,000/hour and above. A fiber optic beam suitable to support CIP sanitation at high temperatures and with caustic solutions controls the filling. The filling valves are able to pour water by two different speeds (high & slow). The fill-height is consistent with all new and returned 5-gallon containers since the filler working principle is based on level and not volume. A linear capper is synchronized with the capper.
