LOW LEVEL BULK DEPALLETIZER
BCI Flexdepall is a flexible sweep-off, low-level, bulk depalletizer for
loose bottles, cans, plastic crates and carton cases. Overall performance
ranges from middle to upper speeds and is made completely of stainless
steel.
The containers are pushed onto a low-level discharge table in entire
layers and are fed into the filling line through single file combiners.
Layer transferring and stripping table operations are speed controlled.
By using frequency-controlled drives, it ensures smooth machine motion
and product handling.

Depending on the line layout, the sweep-off depalletizer can be optionally equipped with an empty pallet stacker, tier sheet and/or top frame magazines. System Advantages:
