ROTARY RINSERS
|

BCI provides both freestanding rotary rinsing
machines and monoblock units with fillers. Each cleaning and sterilizing
solution is designed for each clientís specifications.

BCI offers rinsers with stationary or dynamic-penetrating nozzles.
There are many ways the sterilization procedure can be performed;
Steam, Ozone, Sulfur Dioxide, Chlorinated Water, Hot Water, and Blowers
with sterile air or inert gasses (with or without a device for extracting
the suspended particles). Systems for re-circulation and mixing of
the sterilizing fluids with water complete the production range. Our
engineers will recommend you the best system suitable for your application.

and Dynamic Rinsing Nozzles |

| Stationary |
 |
|
 |
 |
| The stationary rinsing
nozzles are mainly used for plastic bottles at medium to high speed.
Both the single treatment of fresh water to drain and the double treatment
of sterilizing solution + fresh water to drain, are the most common
applications of a stationary rinsing nozzle. The treatment timing
is controlled, either by a predetermined working angle from the distributing
manifold, or by the "no-bottle no-rinse" cam activated valves,
which allows changing the rinsing parameters according to specifications. |

 |
| Dynamic |
 |
|
 |
 |
| The dynamic rinsing
nozzles are controlled by a cam and pushed into the bottles by springs.
Each nozzle is connected to a valve that is operated by a second cam,
called the spraying cam. The nozzles work on the principle of "no-bottle
no-rinse". In case of dual treatment machines, the fluids follow
two strict courses before being injected into the bottle. Both the
single treatment of air blowing and the double treatment of sterile
water to drain + nitrogen injection, are the most common applications
of a dynamic nozzle design. |
