SLEEVE APPLICATORS for Glass or Plastic bottles

One of the exceptional qualities of the BC Shrink Sleever is the simplicity of the Sleeve application. To begin, the sleeves are roll-fed into the machine, where they are then directed to the mandrel/sleeve-splitting device. The mandrel is the center point of the machine, where the sleeve is gently passed over a sleeve splitter. Guided by rubber rollers the sleeve is passed over a tubular mandrel, and expanded to its full shape. Upon passing over the mandrel, a set of photo-eyes detects the transparent dividing space, which separates one sleeve from the next.
This allows the appropriate amount of sleeve to be released to the next stage and passed onto the Bell, which is the accurate length of the desired sleeve.
The sleeve is cut by a rotating blade, and then shoot onto the passing bottle.
