TUNNEL PASTEURIZING for Beer and Fruit Juices
BCI tunnel pasteurizing is a modular design dedicated to treating bottles or cans of any size. Water showers heat the containers up to a pasteurizing temperature. The heating is carefully carried out in stage. The bottles or cans are held at the pasteurizing temperature for a predetermined period of time and subsequently gradually cooled up to the ambient temperature. The pasteurizing process inactivates all the possible causes of bacterial growth and contamination.
