As an active member in the brewery industry, BC International has provided machines for both filling and packaging divisions. The Master RS Beer filler is recognized as a true workhorse, and has many distinctive characteristics, which reinforces the advantage of BCI filling technology.

The Master RS- Beer filler can be purchased as a Monoblock or Tri-Block, varying for each independent application. This 2-in-1 filler offers the ability to run both glass and PET bottles without having to changeover any parts on the filling section. The Master’s double pre-evacuation system ensures low oxygen pick-up, as well as low CO2 consumptions, while maintaining the levels required by large breweries. We use a counter pressure filling system, equipped with a separate bottle return - air design, which is under “worldwide patent”. This design allows BCI to guarantee extremely low oxygen pick-up during beer filling.

Along with our bottle filler, BCI also offers the MasterCan Filler and Seamer for aluminum cans. The MasterCan’s filling valves are equipped with a CO2 purging device, which minimizes oxygen pick up. The seaming head is equipped with a CO2 blowing system, which removes air from the can head space prior to lid application.
