B.C. International’s Magic-RS Filling System offers a versatile range of speeds and advantages to incorporate customer’s individual needs. The filling system can be manufactured as either a MonoBlock or Triblock System and has a range of speed from 100 to 1,000 bpm. The filling valves are designed with the latest technology, and have simple mechanical valve assembly. The gravity filling valve features a separate bottle return-air path design, which means the air inside the bottle prior to filling never goes into contact with the infeed product. With the use of a dual cap sorter and feeder, the capping unit has the ability to handle both sport and flat caps. This action is initiated very easily, and proves to be an extraordinary option for those who wish to run both types of closure. The bottles are transferred throughout the filler by a neck-handling system, and are guided by starwheels with adjustable pockets.
