The BC International Magic RS-Wine Filler is based on a gravity filling system, and is very competitive for the US market. Our system is manufactured with automated features, and ensures fill height accuracy. We also assure low oxygen pick-up, and offer nitrogen purging and pre-evacuation, per customer request. The machine can be designed as either a MonoBlock or TriBlock Filling System including the corking section.

For all those sparkling, champagne and spumante wines, Master RS-Wine is the counter-pressure filler capable to run also non-sparkling wines.

The high flexibility and options such as automatic adjust of bottle fill-height, automatic insertion of CIP cups, quick changeover of tool-less bottle handling on our filling machines allows the changing of wine in extremely quick time without product losses or downtime.
